Iron Sight Golf Return Policy
At Iron Sight Golf, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Because our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ve got your back.
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- There is a printing or fulfillment error (wrong item, incorrect size shipped, etc.)
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Sales@IronSightgolf.com. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
- A short description of the problem
We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and make it right.
🚫 We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Change of mind
- Delays in shipping due to carrier or customs issues
Please review the sizing chart carefully before placing your order. Since each item is made just for you, we cannot resell returned products.
